Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Our goal is ensure you have your ring and jewelry in time to celebrate your special occasions. As is the nature of custom work, lead times for materials and fabrication of your piece vary based on the materials, design and stones selected. Please contact us to learn more and inquire about the process of building your own custom piece and current production times. 

Shipping Processing & Timeline

Upon completion of your piece, please allow 2 business days for processing. Orders are sent out by 3:00pm MST. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. We are able to accommodate other shipping methods or more expedited options upon request. Every shipment is insured to ensure peace of mind. We are not liable for extended shipping times due to carrier volume.

Shipping Rates 

All custom orders within the United States include free shipping to your destination. If you are ordering outside of the United States, please contact us about the process for international shipping, as additional fees, customs and import taxes may apply. 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

Damages

We insure every package to ensure piece-of-mind. In the event your custom piece is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Additionally, please contact us directly so we can help you navigate this process and work to get you a replacement as quickly as possible.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please ensure you double check the address provided when supplying us with your shipping information. We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom work, we are unable to cancel your order once it has gone into production. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Please visit our return policy for more information.
