Returns & Refund Policy
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. As is the nature of custom work and since we work closely with you throughout the design process, we do not offer refunds or returns for finished products, unless in the rare case there is a problem or defect caused by defects in materials and or workmanship. We do not offer refunds once your piece has gone into production. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
We work diligently with you up front to ensure your ring is sized to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of custom work, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your ring sizing, we are happy to take back the product and make custom adjustments to your satisfaction during the first three months after purchase. In this instance, the purchaser is responsible for shipping and any associated parcel insurance. We will then make sizing adjustments and cover shipping and insurance back to your destination. While we strive to quickly adjust the ring sizing, please allow for up to one month for adjustments to be made.

Products can only be returned for adjustments if they are still in their original condition. Products damaged by the customer may still be eligible for adjustments for an additional cost.

Products are eligible for sizing adjustments and tweaks for the first 3 months, effective from the delivery date of the product to your destination. To request an adjustment or tweak, email us at info@debratapianarts.com.

To qualify for sizing adjustments and tweaks, you must contact us and ship the product to us within the 3 month window as described above.

To assure your adjustment, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Customer is responsible for shipping and any necessary parcel insurance cost.
Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless in the rare case there is a problem or defect with your piece caused by us. We strive to pour our hearts into every custom piece we make.

In the event there is a defect with your piece due to workmanship or materials, we will return up to the cost of the original purchase price.

Products are eligible for refunds or returns up to 365 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds shall be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
Refund Timeline
If in the case that a refund is issued, please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
All orders are ship within 2 business days from the completion date. If your product is completed on a Friday, it will ship out the following week. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@debratapianarts.com
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please ensure you double check the address provided when supplying us with your shipping information. We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom work, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel. Due to the nature of custom work, once your order has gone into production, we are unable to offer cancelations or refunds.
